Help re: Bristol Airport??

Need to get to Bristol airport for 9am this Fri, getting there from her via National Express, although cheap, takes 2 1/2 hrs!! so, question is, if I go by train, would it be easy to get a cab there from Bristol Temple Meads station? Or does anyone know of a reliable cab firm I can book to pick me up from there?? Here's hoping...

Temple Meads to the airport is quite a way. Well, it's 20-30 miles I'd say. So it would be an expensive cab. Don't know what I'd do tbh. Have you looked into airport parking and driving to the airport?

i was going to suggest car parking aswell. we use this company www.bcponline.co.uk through work, they will give you an online quote.

bristol is a nightmare. dh used the bus service below last time- it was reliable.

Whoa - Bristol's not a nightmare. The airport is only 9 miles from BTM station. Coming from the airport, there is only one licensed taxi firm AirportCarz and they charge a flat rate of (I think) £16 into Bristol, so I guess either booking with them for a pick-up from the station (they do do this), or chancing it with a cab from the rank at the station would cost similar, although cabs from the rank mightn't be too keen to take you as they can't get a fare back. The Flyer bus is reliable and frequent (and cheaper than a tax)i. HTH
