Badvocinapeartree · 12/12/2014 11:04

Ah.
The nervous tummy has arrived.
Marvellous.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 12/12/2014 11:14

for Badders - without squeezing too tight...

FancyFancy · 12/12/2014 11:29

sorry helen! Must try harder Grin

At least there's plenty of leather, beards & some dirt?

Flowers to badders, all other icons won't be much use to a nervous tummy

NotEvenAnEnormouseStirred · 12/12/2014 11:44

Hello, hello. I'm still alive, just. I've been toddlered. Both of them clinging and wanting mum mum mum. Laying waste to my poor little house. Filling it with smell. Fighting over the same bit of crap. Whacking each other with said bit of crap. It's a beautiful age.

Why did I have kids? I could be smoking, drinking and shagging fit men. Living in a charming bijou flat.

I don't remember much of what's happened except fucktrumpet.

Toddlermouse is now captivated by Nigella (thank fuck) and is sat about half a foot away from the tv.

JessCate · 12/12/2014 11:46

Wahey guess who finally got a new password working after 4 fucking attempts remember me?! Xmas Wink

NotEvenAnEnormouseStirred · 12/12/2014 11:51

Badvocinapeartree · 12/12/2014 11:58

FancyFancy · 12/12/2014 12:37

MadamedeChevreuse · 12/12/2014 12:41

PS mouse it wont be anywhere near 15 years til you get your life back! It feels like forever when you're in baby/toddler hell but really once theyre 4 and at school it is sooooo much easier! Chin up.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 12/12/2014 12:44

.....Passes cola to Madame how's the rest of the office doing? Was this the party ALL of your work? Must email my other friends there and see how they are... Grin

MadamedeChevreuse · 12/12/2014 12:58

It wasnt the whole company helen but it was all of my division and also international. It was massive! My colleagues are apparently fine as they can hold their drink nto are younger than me / older than me and left early with their wife.

Embarrassingly, I rocked up to my desk at 10 to find them all beavering away, and boss standing in front of my empty chair wondering if I was going to show.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 12/12/2014 12:59

Oh well - at least you did get there...
DH has just booked me in to see Dr this afternoon. (Have no idea who he had to kill to get a same-day appointment - impressive.)

RudolphTheRedNosedElk · 12/12/2014 13:09
FancyFancy · 12/12/2014 13:10

sounds like a great night madame, I'm impressed you made it in!

I'm also very impressed with Helen's DH, I just hope he didn't have to donate a body part! I hope the doctor is able to help helen

Badvocinapeartree · 12/12/2014 13:15

I have a 5 year gap between my 2.
I would have ended up in an institution if I had had 2 under 3.
So....kudos :)

Badvocinapeartree · 12/12/2014 13:15

Helen...hope dr gives you the good stuff x

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 12/12/2014 13:27

A friend of mine has 4 under 7 Shock I have no idea how she copes, esp. since her DH is uber-busy and she's effectively single Mum a lot of the time.

Sometimes I wish I had another so they could entertain each other; then I'm glad I don't because at least I don't have to sort out sibling fights... swings and roundabouts.

(PS Dr is considered to be a bit of a dish - hurrah!)

We3KingyofOblomovAre · 12/12/2014 13:38

Hi all. Glad everyone is alive , just!
Hands Madame can of coke.

IntheBleakMiladyBeeeWinter · 12/12/2014 13:46

I had 2 under 2. Which was a total nightmare at times. My SIL had 3 under 3 at one point, then had another 2 years later Shock

Mouse it feels ages away now but it really won't be long before one and then both will be at school. Then you kind of get your life back. I say kind of because tbh every stage has it frustrations and it's joys.

Ooo get me all philosophical.

Helen your DH is wonderful for doing that. Very pleased you are going.

Right off to put last lights up then away to tearoom to meet friends for coffee before school pick up. See, that's a whole 45 mins of me time Hmm
