Problems with ebay - help needed!

I went into 'my ebay' this morning, and it's completely blank. It's not showing anything we are watching, buying or selling. I've tried refreshing the page, resigning in and even turning the computer off and starting again, but nothing works. If I go straight into browse and mark up an item to 'watch', it still isn't showing up, so I seem to have lost all my old stuff and can't put any new things on.

I've checked the item we're selling, and its still listed.

Is there a contact or helpline number for ebay? I've searched the site and can't spot anything. I also don't know if this is connected to what appeared to be a spoof email from ebay that I received this morning ( I opened it and then forwarded it onto [email protected])

its friday, there maintenance time, it come back later... or go to the communty pages and search the message boards.
It used to be every fridays between 9-11 am they were dodgy...

LL, kiwisbird is right I still got a bit of a shock when I went to my ebay and everything was gone (forgot it was Friday). It will come back, don't worry

You've also just demonstrated to my mum just how good mumsnet is. She asked if there was anyone I could contact when I was trying to show her my ebay stuff - I immediately thought of you guys, and you've come up trumps!

Oh I'm really glad to have found this thread - I had the same thing happen and was really worried - I even emailed ebay!

Same here. All disappeared just as a couple of items I was bidding on were due to close. One particular item was being hotly contested between me and one other and I needed to know if they were going to put in a last minute bid. Could only do it by checking the item listed. No way of telling through my My Ebay page. It's all back now though.
