Knobs for my casserole dishes. They are cast iron ones I've had for 20 years and the knobs have crumbled to bits.

At least you can buy replacements, MrsB. I have a lidless pyrex casserole dish (the lid had a nasty accident with some cold water immediately after I took it out of the oven, and you can still see the scar and the 8 stitches it cost me), that I keep looking for a lid for, but it would cost more than buying a new dish .

Ouch Cin. Try ebay? I got my MIL a replacement pyrex dish for her hostess unit off there a few years ago (yes, she has a hostess trolley. amuses me no end) so you never know. I'd be the same though, it works, not swapping it.

I am being very specific with my google searches, just in case.
