postage costs

the biggest thing that put sme off selling on either e-bay of here is working out the postage costs. can anyone let me know how they do it. got some bits to sell but short of taking each to the post office (had ds shoes in car to do this for a month) cant think how to go about it on a regular bases. do i buy weighing scales? thanks for any tips. do i get supply of padded envelopes cheap somewhere?

Get Scales, or drag it all to postoffice, remember to factor in all your costs, ink, paper, tape, packaging. Watch the size with the post office as well, as there new system isn't going to plan for outside of UK items, I've had a few returns.....grrr at post office.....
Viking Direct is good value for money, and the more you buy the cheaper they get!!

Get the price list /size guide from the po and use the kitchen scales(unless they are big things of course!)
