Just wondered if anyone has experienced similar, my 6 month DD has a small lump under the skin on her thigh. She is fit and well and happy and the doctor is non-committal as to cause at the moment though we going back this week. Anyone experienced similar?

I was going to post as ds has a lump which sounds similar - same place too. Like a large spot, he doesn't seem too bothered though.

Had immunisations in about that place 2 months ago..did wonder if it might be that. It's been there about 2 weeks but doesn't seem to be going away. Not causing her any pain.

Doc says he can refer to specialist if worried but thinks it's benign and inclined to leave it. Have agreed to keep check on it for 4 weeks.

It could very well be caused bu the injection. My ds had a lump after one of his injections. It was quite angry and very hard. It took about 2 months to completly go.

That's reassuring. Injections were my first thought but as it's 2 months since her last course I did wonder. Doc seems to think it's a definite possibility though.

Had a big injection lump here too. It took ages to go away though came up pretty quickly after the jabs. Hope you get it sorted soon.
