URGENT - please show me how to do a link ........

have wanted to do it for ages but really need to now - you know the ones i mean comes up blue underlined and when you go on it it takes you to another page.

Where mumsnet.com is where you want to link to and youtake out all the spaces

type:

\link{in here type the address of the link\type the title of your link}

If you look in that yellow box next to the "add a message" it tells you there too. Right at the bottom.

OK, open another window with the page you want to link to and copy the url address at the top of the page, i.e. this thread address is
www.mumsnet.com/Talk?topicid=9&threadid=221385

then \
then the word link
then open curly bracket
then the address you've copied
then another backspace
then the word you want to show underlined, ie. "this thread"
then a closed curly bracket }

so \ link { www.mumsnet.com/Talk?topicid=9&threadid=221385 \this thread } without the spaces will post as

this thread

having problems again. when you copy the url bit - how do you now how much of it co copy cos its not all of it is it? been trying some and ive worked out on mumsnet you just copy up to the = bit and number but some dont have this? thanks
