me and my mate were really close, saw each other every day etc, I helped her through a break up.

She has now got back with him (he is nice lad, but they clash when they have been drinking and smoking silly cigs) she has now become really really unreliable and i hardly see her, if I do she is with him.

She was supposed to be coming round last saturday night for a bottle of wine and a chat, but, she spent the night in with him, watching a dvd etc.

She was supposed to come up on friday afternoon for a couple of hours, she didn't, ended up in town with boyfriend and yesterday we were supposed to be meeting up in the afternoon, she said she'd ring me when she got home, no phonecall nothing, I left a message for her on msn, went to the loo and when I came back she had logged off.

Still not heard from her, I was going to invite her for sunday dinner today, but don't know now

Would you be annoyed at this, if so, would you say anything?

Radley, I can't bear it when people behave like this. Women who drop all their friends whenever there is a boyfriend on the scene aren't worth the bother.

If I say I'll be somewhere and meet someone then I will be there, if something unexpected happens and I can't make it I would definitely phone, it's terribly inconsiderate not to. If someone treats me like this girl is treating you then I simply don't make arrangements with them any more. If I happen to bump into them then fine, if they say meet me here or there I say maybe, but I don't put myself out for them again.

Thanks for thank anorak, that is probably what I'm going to do.

I think she is making a mistake getting back with him, but support her, as it his her decision and she loves him, her parents cannot stand him, so at present she has to leave her curtains shut constantly etc.
