LOL. I suspect there should be some 0s on the end of that! 4 bed detached in Surrey - could be 3 extra 0s missing!

fattiemumma · 29/09/2006 10:21

crazydazy · 29/09/2006 10:21

No photo - maybe the house is made of cardboard or something.

Rhubarb · 29/09/2006 10:24

Is'nt there a law that when something is advertised at the wrong price, they legally have to sell it for that price? Though I imagine theres a way out of this one.

acnebride · 29/09/2006 10:29

I think there's a thing about if it's obviously a completely crazy price the shop can't be held to it, unless they accept that amount of money without saying anything...

hulababy · 29/09/2006 11:03

No, the law works the other way. This is just an "invitation to treat" (or some such term). Not contractually binding at this stage.

ledodgyrobespierre · 29/09/2006 11:07

I posted a link to one a few weeks back that was listed as £0 !

busybusymum · 29/09/2006 11:09

I'll have 4 please

zephyrcat · 29/09/2006 12:04

I emailed the link to my Mum so she says she's bought it for me

Can you imagine if it was someone who had won the lottery or something and were doing it for real just because they could!!

ok, wake up Zephyr!!!
