Kiddicare terrible customer service

Has anyone else experience bad customer service from Kiddicare?

I spent £600 on all the parts for an Oyster Max pushchair less than a year ago and the right wheel is now faulty. I've been trying to get it resolved for 2 months. They don't get back to me for 2 weeks at a time on email and miss the point when they do respond. I was on hold for 52 mins trying to get through on the phone. When I do speak to them they are rude and dismissive. They totally don't understand what it's like to have children. They suggested I be without a pram for 4 days whilst they repair mine. I explained that this would render me house bound as my baby weighs nearly 2 stone. They treated me like I was being unreasonable for asking for a loan pram etc etc.

After the way I have just been treated, I will never shop with them again! 2 months on and I still have a broken pram I can't use and no resolution!!!

They are refusing to give me a refund for a faulty pram and referred me to Citizen Advice Bureau if I had a problem with that. It's been sent off to be mended and I'll be without it for 3 weeks at this point. Wish Id bought the pram from a retailer that has a no quibble refund policy for faulty goods.

It's cost me more than £10 in calls so far. Their customer service number is expensive. One call lasted just 3 seconds and cost me 16p!
