Afew weeks ago I ordered some bits for dc from Mothercare on line, but studidly firgot my old address details were still on my account, so the order was sent there, Mothercare insist the parcel was delivered on 14th Sept, I have been to my old address and surprise surprise they say they did'nt recieve a parcel, mothercare cannot do anything about it, so I have lost the clothes and my money

if you have not received the goods then surely you do not have to pay for them?
there was an anti mothercare thread quite recently.
Hope someone can advise you on this.

They sais in not so many words that its my fault for not changing my ddress details.
