Right, I booted up Real Player and put a cd in my drive.

Real Player automatically told me that I hadn't added those tracks and asked me if I wanted to do so.

I guess you didn't get that question up?

If you have problems again click on Tools, then CD within RP Media Browser. You then have the option to copy the whole disc. Or you can select the individual tracks and copy from there.

Not sure about converting within RP. I use a piece of software called Switch - free trial version here
