Hi, I need some help! I stupidly somehow lost my bike key and now need to open the lock somehow. It's not a D lock but a coiled type soft lock if that makes sense. How can I do this quickly and cheaply and easily? Any experience please share as I need to get to work on Monday!! Thanks.

Can you borrow some bolt cutters or an angle grinder from someone? When I lost my key I borrowed an angle grinder from a chap over the road who works as a mechanic.

Bolt croppers or cable shears. Do you know any installation electricians to ask nicely.

My key got stolen from my locker at the swimming pool when my bike was chained outside. I had to ring my mate who came down with an angle grinder. It was a pretty decent Kryptonite lock and it only took 30 secs to get into it!
