is there something at the top of the screen that let you install it?

charliecat · 19/09/2006 13:13

check the feedback and the do an advance search, is the seller in the uk?

charliecat · 19/09/2006 13:37

any chance of you telling us the sellers name. We can have a quick look for you.

I really wouldn't use western union at all. Momey sent through western union is untraceable ro something. I have had buyers trying to pay with western union as a fraud. Won't the seller accept paypal?

nappyaddict · 19/09/2006 14:20

no cos he says he has been scammed through paypal. this is the ebay security thing it is covered by.

sorry the ebay name is erminio2302. electrostock was his email.

OP posts:
nappyaddict · 19/09/2006 14:47

can someone ask him a question about one of his listings and see what email address he replies from because a friend has just said to me he could have looked on ebay previously to find a seller who sells laptops in italy (where he is) with good feedback and then given it to me so it all looks above board.

i very seriously wouldnt touch this bloke with a barge pole. If only 3 people bid and pay for his items hes rolling in it.

charliecat · 19/09/2006 17:44

you have did a transaction thru ebay yeah?

Alibaldi · 19/09/2006 17:50

nappyaddict what did his email address look like. Did it end .it or .com? I wouldn't touch Western Union either - if all else fails you would be better sending a travellers cheque for the amount in Euros which you could get from the Post office, this would also be insured too. Plus buying a laptop from Italy - is there not one up for grabs in the UK?
