hoping this wont sound too ridiculous, but: i live in a VERY narrow house obv with a narrow garden. my nextdoor neighbour smokes in the garden/out front. more than two an hour. and i can constantly smell her smoke in my house - not just the lingering smell, but really strong and defined each time she lights up. literally first thing in the morning til last thing at night. and i HATE it. but i'm not sure what i can do. am i weird?
