Its for a collegue of dh's. We've been invited to their party next Saturday and I'm struggling to get them something.
Dh works with the woman, I've met the couple twice and they really are great, lovely people and great company. She has bought lots of things for dd and knitted us a load of things for ds but despite that we don't really know them so I'm a bit clueless as what to buy.

The only thing I can think off atm is near to us there is a lovely gift shop and they make these lovely key rings. They're like a leather bangle (different colours) with a thick silver part for the keys to go on and then they have little silver beads with allsorts of different things on them.
My mum and dad bought us one when we had ds and put all our star signs on it. You can also get letters, stones and numbers. So I was thinking of putting on the date of their wedding day. Does that sound naff?

Does anyone have any other good ideas?

I think that sounds lovely but perhaps a bit too personal for somone you don't know very well?
I think I would go down the bottle of champagne route if this was me - or some flowers. Maybe sounds dull but they might not be silver keyringy type people IYSWIM!

Yeah I see what you mean. Thats what I was kind of thinking.
Maybe just look for a nice bottle then.
