How do you hire a chef abroad?

DH and I are thinking about going to a self-catering chalet in he Alps with a load of mates this Xmas and (having done the same this summer when we ended up cooking non-stop_ we are considering hiring a chef for a week out there. Anyone done this or know how we could set about doing it?

talk to the people you are organising the chalet through - they should be able to point you in the right direction -

It's some kind of time-share swap so we don't even know where we're going to be yet so we can't fo that unfortunately and we want to work out how we'd do it (and the £'s) before we comit to it all.
