I've installed the family tree program but when I try to get to the free subscription or go to tech support - or basically anything from the drop down menus, I get a message box with a big red cross saying 'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel'
What do I do - is it a dud disk??
