couldn't find a number for online, they just had the email adress but I found the phone number for the store maybe thay can help?

I had a bad experience with kiddicare recently -- sent me a faulty buggy, and then took weeks to arrange collection and refund, not answering emails and irritating stuff like that.

Don't know how typical that is, just my experience.
