B*m our buyers have pulled out :(

Just as a few interesting properties are coming onto the market our buyers (who offered more than 2 months ago and had even already moved into rented to wait for ours) have pulled out. Apparently the wife is suffering from stress and has been advised by a doctor not to move.

Bad luck. Twas not to be. Hang on in there

Oh bugger. How far ahd the sale progressed? This is my fear.

Not entirely sure how far the legal side had gone (will ask our solicitor tomorrow, will certainly cost us), but they'd done the survey , got the mortgage, returned to measure up only a few weeks ago, we'd sent off our fixtures and fittings list and basic title details.

The thought of having to start all over - new photos, maybe new agent, the tidying up etc is overwhelming and I'm cross . Tried hard not to take it out on the agent but he was already pressurising me to put it straight back on so they'd find a buyer without me having a chance to take it all in or even tell dh. Dunno about her stress levels , what about mine !!

Bad Luck, LIZS.It's a wretched process. The good news id, though, that property really is being snapped up v quickly. In our area, anyway.
