Need some word ideas , can you help???

Regular well known poster here. I thought you thought might think Im stupid or mad so I have changed my nickname for this. I have to do some written daily work on positive & negative emotions and I am running out of words, despite my trusty thesaurus, to describe them. Can anyone help me ????

Im just not used to asking for help like this. I feel a discomfort as I couldnt be like this at all in my career. I had to know how to do everything. there we are some more words I can use.
