Anyone know anything about the CRB?

If my H was charged and arrested for domestic common assault, and I later dropped the charges, would it show up on my police checks? TIA

no it wouldn't show on yours. it will list anything that you have been charged for whether this is driving offences or assualt, theft etc. there are some things that are shown that will still getthrough the job process - not sure what these are but have known one person that i offered a job to - had their crb referred to my service manager who took the decision to accept them, I wasn't allowed to know what was on the crb though.
