my mum's bunions used to play up, it's the pressure

NomDePlume · 11/09/2006 18:09

i get migrainey

PinkTulips · 11/09/2006 18:10

migraines here too, as does my mom

throckenholt · 11/09/2006 18:10

my mum does.

I think it is the air low pressure - it allows your brain to expand slightly and press against your scull more than normal.

HelenaHandcart · 11/09/2006 18:13

Yes, both.

aitch71 · 11/09/2006 18:14

headaches, kind of a sore neck and the occasional nosebleed.

NomDePlume · 11/09/2006 18:15

DH thinks I'm mad for thinking it's linked to the weather, but then he complains about his ankle when rain is on the way, he gets creaky (has lots of metal in his leg as a result of a motorbike accident 18yrs ago).

Saturn74 · 11/09/2006 18:17

DH gets a headache then a nosebleed. A friend of ours always gets an upset stomach the day before it snows too - which is really weird!

OP posts:
twinsetandpearls · 11/09/2006 18:38

No but I get a pain in my knees before a rainstorm!

southeastastra · 11/09/2006 18:38

i've just got one strangely, sort of a dull ache at the front

nutcracker · 11/09/2006 18:39

Yep i do, had one all day today and then at around 2.30 we had a thunderstorm.

My nan always did too.

schneebly · 11/09/2006 18:39

Headaches and nosebleeds here too! I also get nosebleesd at high altitude - put a bit of a downer on a ski trip!

TheVoiceOfReasonQV · 11/09/2006 18:46

Okay, good. I mean, not good. But, I've got a stonker of a headache brewing. I banged my head quite severely last night, and was worried it was connected because I've felt a bit muzzy all day and the headache started early this afternoon.....

Must ahve a look at that thunderstorm radar thingy.
