I was told today that you could only use a booster seat in a car (for age six and over) if there was a headrest on the actual car seat - is that true ?? can't find any indication in the booklet handed out at school today...

Never heard of that. Many cars don't have headrests in the back, so I shouldn't have thought so.

They are recommending a booster with back/headrest for aged 6 and unders I think.
