I wouldn't know about such things, but I have a friend who swears by Touche Eclat for covering up any blemishes/red eyes etc. a must for a neurotic bride I think (or perhaps she'll have some).

Sellotape... saved my wedding dress when I put my foot through it during the ceremony.

anniediv · 04/09/2006 16:54

In Bodyshop you can buy little books of sheets of blotting paper type stuff, which is thin paper impregnated with neutral coloured powder. You dab them on to get rid of 'shine' on your face. Very handy for between pictures. And agree with slug, spare stocking/tight type things for you and her.

homesicktaffy · 04/09/2006 20:37

Mine (prepared by me ) contained: Imodium, spare tights, bottle of water, Rescue remedy; clear nail varnish; plasters; hanky; tampax; that fabric glue stuff for falling down hems; safety pins; all the phone numbers for the cars/caterers/ushers/best man etc...er, think that's about it.

ZacharyQuack · 05/09/2006 04:22

Baby wipes (useful for removing stains from clothes), Dental floss, headache pills.

Tiggly · 05/09/2006 23:38

What about the shoe inserts called party feet which do cushions for the balls of the feet for when they are burning like crazy, heel protectors to stop shoes rubbing and actually help to hold shoes on, sore spot bits (self explanatory, like mini round cushioned plasters) and strap cushions for strappy shoes to stop them digging in??hth plus tissues, clear nail varnish for nail touch ups as well as ladders in tights!!
