Maggots on& in my wheelie bin

F'ing recyling scheme.
I do recycle but there are the odd bits of food that get put in a black bin bag, plus nappies and the plastic trays the meat comes in etc.
Opened it just now to put this mornings nappies in it and maggots all over the lid.

Aggggggghhhhhhhhh.

How shall I deal with them?

You must have missed our thread a few days ago, bleach, hot water and ear plugs if you don't like the sound of hissing and squealing
