Why can't I get CBeebies to work??? Help! It's driving me mental!

We have Freeview, and we can get perfect reception on every single channel, except CBeebies!!! Now, this wouldn't be a problem normally, but I am due to have a CS in 4 days time, and it would be nice, when I get home, to have the option to pop CBeebies on for DS so I can have at least 5 mins without him jumping on my wound (which he will) and of course the baby!

Also, I am missing my fix of the delectable Chris from Doodle Do, so it's not good.

Does anyone know of how I can resolve this? I have retuned the box etc, and fiddled with the ariel. Help!!!

I was really enjoying the daily double bills of Doddle Do, and then CBeebies went up the bloody swanee

I had a CS with ds2 11 weeks ago, 2 year old ds not terribly understanding about my 'condition' but thank the gods of CBeebies for distraction / breastfeeding timeouts etc... So you do def have to get it sorted for your own sanity... Get someone onto it quick! Doodle-do having full on double sessions can only last so long...

My friend has this with her Freeview and she has to tune the channels in again to pick it up again.

inter try unplugging the box then plug it back in, then do a manual search for any new channels and hopefully cbeebies will be picked up

I have tried all your suggestions, but it's still not working

We can pick up CBeebies, we just can't get decent pic/sound on it.

Help. I need CBeebies.

inter do you have it tuned into channel 71 ?

does it tell you how much signal strength you have ?

my dad's freeview box doesnt have bbc1 or 2 on it cause of poor signal quality.
