Right mumsnetters - a tasting suggestion for this week.
Still haven't settled on a "regular" format - I need to "speak" with Countess Dracula offline on ideas - but as we tasted a typical red wine last time, I thought we should be fairly obvious and taste a typical white wine this time. The object of the exercise being to prove that the principles of tasting apply the same whether red or white.
So I'm again suggesting a reliable, good value Australian wine. This time a Chardonnay, Lindeman's Bin 65 which should be available from most of the sort of outlets that people talked about before. If you can't get a hold of the Lindeman's a good substitute would be Jacob's Creek Chardonnay. I've done some notes again and posted them up on my website Have a look
