Can anyone help!! My daughter's passport has been with the Passport Office since mid-April. I'm trying to fast track it, as we are due to travel at the end of May and I'm starting to panic, but am simply unable to talk to the actual passport office to do it. The helpline are next to useless - not their fault as it's a 3rd party call centre - and told us not to bother calling them as they can't speak to the actual Passport Office in Durham only e-mail them. We have requested call back after call back from the Durham office which never materialise. I could weep :(((
