Only just realised boob is actually biscuit

Was composing a thread on another forum, only just realised the emoticon I thought was a boob is a biscuit and on its own means no comment. Kept wondering why people just kept replying to others with 'Boob', 'Have a Boob' and occasionally thought people very insensitive for calling the OP a tit.
Or am I now assuming everyone else is using it correctly and actually some people have been using it in the way I was misreading it?

No I had never used it before,only seen it in others posts ,and I'd never looked at the bit at the bottom properly to see how you did it-I kind of assumed you typed something like (.) to get it,was only today when I looked at that bit with the instructions of how to type those things that I saw it said biscuit and I realised that was what it was meant to be.

The comment/abbrevaition I struggle with on MN is WTAF. I know what wtf stands for, but am racking my brains as to wtaf is. Loads of people use it on mn so clearly they've all worked it out....
