Where do i look for a cheap but good condensing combi-boiler??

as our knackered boiler is costing us too much money even when we havent had teh heating on since April but possibly be the baths that costing us and can i get sort of a loan top buy one and only pay back so much with no interest... asi did found it once but computer crashed months ago and i cannot remember the name but its not the B. Gas.

as need to find a cheap one asap but not got any money AT ALL....

Not sure about loans, but there's some info on efficiency of various models of boiler here .

And the Energy Saving Trust have a database that might be able to find deals.
