Just out of interest, and don't mind if anyone else doesn't want to add to this (and may be completely boring as mine were all in London):

St Vincent's RC Primary school off Marylebone High Street
Maria Fidelis Convent School(who was she!) - Gower Street
More House School (Pont Street) and .. after being politely asked to leave ...
St Marylebone Girls' School (Marylebone High Street)

How 'bout you?

Ok, then

Charlton Manor Primary School (then we moved...)
Richard Atkins School (which was crap so.....)
Holy Trinity C of E, Upper Tulse Hill (then we moved...)
St Luke's C of E, Norwood (and finally...)
Streatham Hill & Clapham High School

Incidently I think 'Maria Fidelis' = 'Faithful Mary' aka 'mother of Jesus' There's a 'Virgo Fidelis' Convent school up the road from me!

Don't know how old you are, lydiamom, but I fondly remember a shop called 'Pratts' in Streatham high street - as a 7 year old used to giggle at the name - used to be part of the John Lewis Partnership, but can't see it on their bumph any more.

Okay - what was the best school and why?

Pratts is sadly no more I used to love going in there after school, buying craft stuff for Home Ec, and annoying the assistants! It's not even a 'big' shop, they redeveloped it in to lots of normal size shops.

For you, I meant!
