Fleas in the sand pit!

At least I think they are fleas. They are very big for fleas, about 3mm long, and are long not typically flea shaped but they DO jump. We've only had the sand pit for about a month, with new sand in it.

Anyone else had these before? Is it normal?

the damp weather has brought out some strange creatures, i will go and investigate my sand pit!
