Ours has been on the market for 10 days, 1 viewing booked, cancelled 10 minutes before!
We had found somewhere, but it has fallen through as seller has pulled house off market due to unexpected personal circumstances....

It will pick up when kids go back to school apparantly...

Ours is sold (stc) -

3 viewings, 2 complete dxxx heads looking for lifestyle changes when they should really be looking for lives..

The place we are after is being sold using fixed bids, which is V grim.

Mine is 1% actually just less as they are charging a flat £3000 plus VAT. What life change does your house offer anteater? We are moving from london to cornwall what about everyone else?

1.5% here and they didn't really have to do anything - 1 viewing thats it... grrr.. ah well - guess I would rather that than it took ages and lots of work !

We're (fingers crossed, touch wood) moving round the corner ! So London to London (London to cornwall sounds much nicer !)

our EA wanted 1.25% until we pointed out that we were doing the viewings - I had to take a couple of our own piccies to better theirs - they caved in to 1%

Surrey, Anteater - we sold just as everyone went off on their hols so new properties is only just starting to appear.

I love that street! It must be the best bread shop in the county? Our kids love that old fashioned toy shop just around the corner.
