Lakeland Order

I have orded the electric yoghurt maker from Lake land and am getting really impatient waiting for it!
I checked on line and at the moment the order status is 'order entered'. Does this change to 'order sent'? How long does it normally take? thanks

I have always found Lakeland very prompt- usually 2-3 days. They were also very helpful when I rang them up . Why dont you ring and ask?

I have always found Lakeland's customer service/delivery to be absolutely brilliant. But we now have a shop (which is equally brilliant) so I don't order anymore. Give them a ring!

My stuff has always arrived within a week or I've had something to tell me that an item has been delayed.

A friend did have a problem once with a delayed order and Lakeland re-sent it immediately. The first parcel also turned up eventually so friend contacted Lakeland to return it. They told her that if she didn't want the duplicates herself, just to donate them to charity. Isn't that lovely?

Yes, phone them, they have always been very prompt with my stuff, but I know that sometimes their website gets a headache so it's probably better to call customer service in case it's a tech problem.

thanks for the responses. I think that tomorrow it will be a week. So if it is not delivered by then I will ring.
I am such an impatient person! I cant wait to get my yoghurt maker! Once it would have been "I cant wait to get a new pair of shoes, or an outfit". Could I really be turning into a domestic godess?!
