BEautiful house though Ali but can understand you reluctance to move from whaere you are-however,there are 3!!! good Waitrose within 7,10 and 15 mins of the property!

Sounds a bit more interesting! I thought it was close to Stevenage, is that right, that's why I wasn't too keen.
