cece · 21/08/2006 13:51

bran · 21/08/2006 13:56

t&p, if you look closely at the picture of the pond in that house it looks as though there are a couple of koi carp and an albino aligator in it.

twinsetandpearls · 21/08/2006 13:57

bran It is near the zoo so anything is possible!

twinsetandpearls · 21/08/2006 13:58

Gosh I see, the fish are huge as well!

CheesyFeet · 21/08/2006 14:09

This one's got a gym

Shame I'd have to sell my house 8 times over to be able to afford it!

Littlefish · 21/08/2006 14:10

This little beauty!

gladbag · 21/08/2006 14:15

Lovely location, but only 5 bedrooms....

twinsetandpearls · 21/08/2006 14:15

gladbag lovely view, can you imagine having your breakfats there. What a way to start your day.

gladbag · 21/08/2006 14:18

Absolutely, but those kitchen tiles would have to go....

Issymum · 21/08/2006 14:25

I guess my 'hometown' is Long Ashton outside Bristol and this house is on the road we used to live on.

We now live in Guildford where £1 million will buy you this .

Hijack alert: Hi Tutter, We spent a decade in Kew, in Ruskin Avenue leading up to the Public Records Office, and I'm shocked at the prices on the new Riverside estate! The houses look great but they're tiny inside.

harpsichordcarrier · 21/08/2006 14:30

this is the most expensive I could find - £850k...

yeahinaminute · 21/08/2006 15:07

bang on the money

alibubbles · 21/08/2006 15:31

This is a typical 4 bedroom house where I live here exactly £1 million

My Dd has been working in an estate agents for the last two weeks showing properties and absolutely loved it.

Here is a one bed starter home here

We have just sold a 1 bed flat for £195K that cost us £75k, the rent is the same as it was 8 years ago, property value has gone up, but rent has stayed static. £750 a month for a 1 bed!

New build 1 bed flats are starting at £250K

amazinggrace · 21/08/2006 15:59

as near to 1m as i could find! but quite nice..

amazinggrace · 21/08/2006 16:00
