Apart from relationship with partner (which I'd put at about 8 out of 10) and family life extended (about 6) - I'd say I was around 0-1 on the rest of them, assuming minus figuers aren't allowed?

I get 10/10 for everything except work as i am looking for a job
coz i am a gorgeous happy sod.

Hmm - maybe DH is right and I am getting depressed again. I know those figures would have been higher 6 months ago.

seems its mainly money so far that scores lowest.

health - 5/10 - am on ad's and also have assorted physical niggles
Relationship - 9/10 - dh gets a hard time from me sometimes but on the whole we have a great relationship
Family life (extended) - 5/10 - have no ishoos with any of my family on my Mum's side, although I don't see nearly enough of them. Inlaws are fine if a little dull and odd at times. My (late) Dad's family otoh
Body/appearance - 0/10 am overweight and have a terrible problem with body image.
General happiness - 5/10
Work - 1/10 I want to be a SAHM.

Ooooh Money, missed that one out - 4/10 - because I work full time we earn enough between us to stay out of debt. Just. Would love to be able to afford to give up work though.
