i need to call a mobile number in south africa.... do i have to dial the normal international dialing codes first??

If it's like other countries you dial the country code and then the mobile number but drop the 0 off the front of it.

So for a no. beginning 07966 you would dial 0927 (if I've read Ronnie's list properly) 7966 and then the 6-digit number.

If you dialling from a Mobile you pit + first, usually using the * key on your phone
