i just pulled over and the engine is hanging out of my car.....please can anyone advise legally? I only bought it 4 days ago.....

i paid with my visa debit card and the garage said i would have 3 months warranty (for engine) whatever that means......does this mean i am not covered?? Am i covered in anyway by my visa debit card???

you should be covered by the warranty, unfrtunately I think only credit cards carry protection you could perhaps ask the garage for a refund but I'm not sure they would give one but the warranty should cover the repairs if not contact trading standards as they may be able to help
