I would like to start selling on ebay but only have a savings account with alliance and leicester.I have no cheque book, credit or debit cards only a speedbank card with a sort code and an account number.I know I can pay my fees with a postal order and ask for payments with postal orders and cheques.
When I try to verify my account it asks for an expiry and start date which I do not have on my card.
Has anyone else selling on e bay using a savings account for verification. Also my account number will not go in do i ned to get an account number to do this through my building society?
Would be gratful for any advice.
