Hotmail email - how do I change the sent from details?

You know when you receive an email it says who it is from, well how do I change what it says? When I send an email from my hotmail account it says it's from my full name, but I just want it say a nickname. How do I change it?

There should be an options button change your personal information on there

Well, that's what I thought, it must be really simple, but I can't find options anywhere.
