Hi. I am 39 with 3 children, recently divorced but with lovely new partner and considering having baby of our own. Feeling a bit anxious about the decision as nearly 40, have 6 kids between us etc etc etc. Any advice, discussion points etc x

I had no. 4 3 weeks before my 40th birthday after a 7 year gap - she's fantastic and I've found it much easier this time round (had 3 under 3 before). She's the whole family's toddler. Did need to cave in and buy a bigger car, and holidays get more and more expensive, especially now she's 2.

Thanks for that - life can get a bit complicated with all these kids, work etc and i think sometimes that clouds my judgement. There are benefits to being an 'experienced' 'older' mum!! I sympathise with the car think though - I've never seen myself as a 'people carrier' person!!
