will the pope still be Catholic?

hulababy · 08/08/2006 22:06

Forecast tomorow is dry, where as it is wet for end of week. I would say you are better off trying tomorrow, than late ron. Hopefully won't be too bad.

Well, we went to the Milton Keynes one last Friday expecting it to be awful and it wasn't too bad. We were there at 10 and had left by 12, but didn't have to queue too long for the checkout, which is often the telltale.

We travelled from reading to lakeside on saturday and it took 4 hours to the minute and took about 3 hours to get back too in the evening. I like ikea though an dgot some bargains, wish there was one in my town.

PigeonPie · 08/08/2006 22:14

jellyjelly, isn't Milton Keynes, or Brent Cross, nearer than Lakeside if you're in Reading? I don't think I'd fancy travelling that far just to go to Ikea!

Janbo25 · 08/08/2006 22:18

I'm off to the Leeds one tomorrow as well!!

jellyjelly · 08/08/2006 22:18

I also saw my sister so would normally go to the other ones. Thanks for thinking of me, my geography is awful. She lied and said it would take about an hour and a half. dont know what speed she does!

Ikea is always awful. Good when you get home with all the booty though.

jellyjelly · 08/08/2006 22:36

make sure you check out the recycling bit where they have free wood. I got a beautiful table top which i am going to make into a breakfast bar. Such a lovely piece of wood.

dmo · 08/08/2006 22:40

SecondhandRose · 08/08/2006 22:42

I went to the Tottenham one today, only 3 staff on the tills and queues were big. As usual the shop is full of crap, I don't know why I keep going back is it the cheap fish and chips do you think?

jellyjelly · 08/08/2006 22:50

Thefood was good. I had spicy periperi chicken and it was actually spicy. It is always too mild for me when it is marked as spicy but not this time.

smurfgirl · 09/08/2006 19:01

If anyone is interested it was not too busy at all was v.surprised. And weirdly every other woman there was pregnant, does being pregnant send you to Ikea?
