I really wanna buy his book... I like his style. 'twas being flippant as some websites charge for the information.

oh, sansouci - the second thing I looked at was the c/s stuff, but didn't see that he (they?) frown on scheduled c/s.

It's in The Pregnancy Book. I've only kept The Baby Book. BTW, what would the Girlfriend (Best Friend in UK) make of this mess?
