No Pension - what would you do?

I have a work related and a mortgage related pension. DH currently does not. Obviously need to look into something for DH but not sure a pension is the way to go. We have no real savings but do have £70k equity in house (which is more than our current mortgage). Do not have much 'disposable' income either to start paying a huge amount into a pension scheme (DH is 31). Any suggestions? Thanks

Money purchase scheme. Pays 4 times salary on my death to DH plus a small annual pension. And value of fund will be used to purchase a pension for DH. However, the amount of the pension will not support us both 'in the living'. We both only currently work part time, but will plan on going back full time once ds (and any future children) are in school. I also do not plan to stay with this employer for the rest of my days!
