my friend cant get on the internet at all as of tonight, the firewall is blocking the service provider for some strange reason....any ideas?

do you think he has blocked it by accident I have done that on norton in the past

I had zone alarm and got so fed up with the problems i had that i took the programme off.Was fine after that.
