What constitutes your 'prime'?

Was told I'm in it today, and wondered what you all thought it meant. To me, it's the Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, and everything else that went with her.

To my psychiatrist, I'm not sure.

i thought it was when you hit a sexual and confidence peak in your 40's. or so i hear. am not there yet.
