How can I help my Romanian cleaner get a better job?

I've got a lovely cleaner (finally), who does a fantastic job and is incredibly sweet. She's only young at 21, and is Romanian. I don't know too much, but it sounds like she's had a very difficult childhood and that might be something to do with why she's in the UK. Anyway, she's been asking me about what she can do so that she can get some skills that help her get a better job. She likes reading, and says maybe she could be a secretary or answer the phone, but her English wouldn't be up to it I think. I think she'd be great with kids but she says she's got no formal experience and that's what parents want.
Anyone know anything about night classes or training that she could do to get some skills that gave her access to better jobs? Or ideas of jobs that she could do with a little training? She's so sweet, and seems like she's got no support, and I really want to help her.

language classes, then a nursery assistant where she can study for gnvq or hairdressing depends what she is interested in..most jobs now have opportunites for gnvq so depends what she is interested in
