Trouble Sleeping. Does This Work?

Recently, over the last couple of weeks or so I have been struggling to sleep. I have only been getting a couple of hours a night when I normally need about 6+ to function.

To cut a long story short, I have just bought some herbal tablets designed to help me sleep, and I wondered if anyone has had success with them. They are "Natrasleep".

For those of you who haven't tried this particular brand, the active ingredients are Hops and Valerian - do these usually work?

TIA

Some people swear by them. They are traditional herbal remedies and there can be a lot of value in that sort of approach.

I've taken Herbal Nytol (also hops and valerian). They work for me. Take 20 mins before bedtime. Zonk.

I took Natrasleep when I had a horrible stressful job and things were just racing around my head all night. It did help but not as much as quitting my job. What's on your mind then?
Re ingredients, yes they do work, think hops as in beer, valerian as in valium.

Valerian is great stuff. Be warned... don't get em on your hands and go near a cat - works like catnip, and you'll have the thing trying to pounce on your fingers and lick it off!
